Marissa Seligman, PharmD – Chief, Clinical and Regulatory Affairs and Compliance Officer, SVP, PMI
Dr. Seligman oversees and manages the operations of PMI. She directly oversees all staff, manages the day-to-day operations of all aspects of the Institute, and holds budgetary responsibility for the entire department. She also provides ultimate oversight of relationships with Education Partners and faculty. Additionally, Dr. Seligman chairs PMI’s Advisory Boards and designs PMI’s strategies for growth and development as well as quality assurance, compliance and training programs. Dr. Seligman has more than 20 years experience in accreditation, education for healthcare professionals, publishing and drug development. Dr. Seligman is a member of the Executive Leadership Team of M|C Communications, which is responsible for develop long-term strategies for growth and development as well as participate in the overall evaluation of PMI’s programs. Dr. Seligman reports to John Connolly, M|C Communications’ CEO/President. She has been with the company for nearly six years.
Marc Mosier, MD – Medical Director
Dr. Mosier has over 20 years experience in medicine and surgery, both as a clinician and contributor to a multitude of research/development and business efforts in such areas as drug development, drug delivery, clinical medicine, orthopedics, biologics, and space medicine. Prior to joining PMI, Dr. Mosier was Medical Director and Director of Clinical Research for a consulting firm focused on establishing clinical solutions and medical innovations for the pharmaceutical-biotech and medical device industry, government, and various medical fields through creation of strategic alliances and pivotal clinical studies. He also brings experience as Director of Medical Affairs, where he has successfully led teams of clinicians to provide medical, surgical, scientific, and clinical expertise to support business development, strategic planning, clinical affairs, technical training, and patient risk assessment.
Alyce Kuklinski, MSN, ANP – Medical Director
Ms. Kuklinski joined PMI in 2002. Before assuming the role of Medical Director in 2007, Ms. Kuklinski served as PMI’s Editorial Director (2005-2007) as well as the Director of Accreditation (2003-2005). Ms. Kuklinski holds an undergraduate degree from Duke University as well as a mater’s degree in nursing from the MGH Institute of Health Profession. While at MGH, Ms. Kuklinski was awarded the Judith Fong Bressler Award for Clinical Excellence in Nursing Practice. In addition to her past experience in clinical nursing as an adult and women’s health nurse practitioner, Ms. Kuklinski has experience in clinical research and public health, and has worked within the healthcare industry in program management, medical writing and editing, and project management.
Nathalie Rouviere, PhD – Medical Director
Dr. Rouviere joined PMI in spring 2007 as first ever full-time PMI Medical Director. Nathalie supports the PMI medical director team and accreditation team, focusing her research on needs assessment and clinical outcomes. Nathalie has an impressive array of experiences in the pharmaceutical & medical-surgical devices industries, and research and medical education. Prior to joining PMI, Dr. Rouviere worked at Boston Scientific in the medical education division of medical affairs, focusing on the interventional cardiology franchise. At Aventis, she successfully not only led the medical education team in cardiology, but also the international publication strategies for the respiratory and the cardiovascular businesses. She also worked at Merck and Health Science Communication, where she built a strong experience in publications.
Nancy Otto, PharmD - Senior Clinical Editor
Dr. Nancy Otto oversees the content development aspects of all activities and coordinates with faculty, education partners, content managers, and clinical content reviewers. She retains ultimate responsibility for the integrity of the educational content presented in PMI's educational activities. Dr. Otto has over 10 years of experience in pharmacy practice and medical education and has been with M|C Communications since 2005.
Kristin Fludder, BS – Accreditation Manager
Ms. Fludder is responsible for the Institute’s compliance with ACCME’s Essential Areas and Policies as well as AMA/PRA regulations. As such, she oversees the planning and evaluation processes for activities and assures that PMI’s quality goals and initiatives are met. She also works in collaboration with PMI’s Senior Editorial Director, Project Lead and Editorial Operations Team to ensure quality standards are implemented and met. Ms. Fludder also manages compliance, planning, and evaluation in relation to PMI’s role both as an AANP and ANCC-approved provider of continuing nursing education as well as an ACPE-accredited provider of continuing pharmacy education. Ms. Fludder has 10 years experience in accreditation and education and has been with the company over three years.
